This adorable 1950s "reversed" cruet set is made of red and transparent plastic. It has been used in the past, hence the traces of pepper in the pepper pot. There was even some salt and pepper left in the pots when I found the set... but I decided to wash it. Well, don't be disappointed, as I couldn't garantee this was genuine salt and pepper from the fifties ! ;-)
Reversed cruet set, because in France (and other European countries), the pot which has the greatest number of holes is the salt, and not the pepper like in England!
A small detail, but that makes a big difference! ;-)
Please note that I couldn't wash all the traces of pepper in the pepper pot, which has remained more or less greyish, as you can see on the photos.
You will obviously choose Dijon Mustard to put in the mustard pot, which has unfortunately lost its spoon.
The lid must be opened carefully. It is not damaged, but sometimes it resists a little bit.
Dimensions are visible on the photos.
Weight (without protection and packaging): 95 g
