Extended returns option on most items!

and get a refund, after the normal delay has expired.

Prices and payment

- Open to offers on all items.


- Payment by Paypal Express, payment by card (processed by Stripe) or payment by invoice.



Shipping and postage

Retrofanattic sells worldwide, except to countries that Royal Mail or other couriers temporarily or permanently do not serve. Concerning countries subject to sanctions, Retrofanattic checks that the item can be posted to these countries.

Please note that I do not send to P.O boxes.



Customers based in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other islands, you do not need to ask me for a quote when your parcel is sent with Royal Mail, however, please ask me for a quote if your parcel must be sent with another courier.


- Please always ask for a revised invoice if you buy more than one item. The postage will be recalculated (= combined postage). Please read below for more details.



- Parcels sent with Royal Mail for UK customers
UK customers have the choice between:
- 2nd Class
- 1st Class
- or "Special Delivery".
Parcels are sent "Standard delivery" or "Signed For", according to the total value of the item(s). UK customers only pay for the standard delivery, except if they choose "Special Delivery" at checkout.



- UK customers: when the parcel is big or heavy and needs to be sent with a courier, you can choose between 
MyHermes, Parcelforce 48, Parcelforce 24, UPS, Yodel or DHL. 


- I combine postage by sending you a revised invoice with the recalculated postage, or by refunding the extra postage if you have already proceeded to the checkout.


- Parcels sent with Royal Mail for international customers
Customers based outside the UK can choose betwwen Economy delivery, Standard delivery or Tracked and Signed delivery. Please note that estimated delivery times can be very long with "Economy delivery".

How to ask for a revised invoice?



Dispatch of parcels

- I dispatch your item within 1 working day when sent with Royal Mail and 1 to 2 working days if sent with another courier. 



Fees and taxes

- International customers may have to pay custom fees and/or taxes, and their parcels may be held for a few days by the custom authorities of their country. A custom declaration must also be filled for Channel Islands.





Returns and refunds.

- Returns and refunds accepted, but conditions apply for some returns and refunds. Please read full Terms and Conditions for details.

- Buyers (you) have 30 days to cancel their order after receiving the parcel, and then 30 days to return their item(s) once the order has been cancelled. You have the possibility to subscribe to the "Extended Returns" service to extend this delay. Please read details.
