Summary of the shop's policies

Prices and payment

- Open to offers on all items.

- Payment by Paypal Express, payment by card (processed by Stripe) or payment by invoice.


- Please always ask for a revised invoice if you buy more than one item. The postage will be recalculated
(= combined postage).

- If you are based in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other islands, please ask me for a postage quote.
Please note that I do not send to P.O boxes.

- UK customers: when the parcel is sent with Royal Mail, you can choose between 1st class or 2nd class at checkout. 
If you choose 2nd class, your parcel is sent "Standard" or "Signed For", according to the nature and value of the item, but you always pay for the standard delivery.

- UK customers: when the parcel is big or heavy and needs to be sent with a courier, you can choose between MyHermes, Parcelforce, UPS or Yodel. 

- I combine postage by sending you a revised invoice with the recalculated postage, or by refunding the extra postage if you have already paid for your purchases.
Extra postage is also refunded if you buy a single item and the postage has been miscalculated.

How to ask for a revised invoice?

Dispatch of parcels

- I dispatch your item within 1 working day when sent with Royal Mail (items paid for on Fridays after 1 pm may have to be dispatched on the following Monday) and 1 to 2 working days if sent with another courier. 

Fees and taxes

- International customers may have to pay custom fees and/or taxes, and their parcels may be held for a few days by the custom authorities of their country. A custom declaration must also be filled for Channel Islands.

Returns and refunds.

Conditions apply for some returns and refunds. Please read full Terms and Conditions for details.


- Returns accepted.

- The customer has 14 days to cancel the purchase and pays for the return postage.

Accepted refunds

→ Full refund is automatic when order is cancelled before the parcel is dispatched.

→ Full refund is accepted when purchases are cancelled and the item is returned in its original condition and protection. Please protect the item carefully, and always ask for a proof of postage or use the Signed For (Tracked and Signed) service.

→ Full refund is accepted if your item(s) arrive broken.

→ Full refund is accepted if your parcel is lost by postal services.
