Great vintage souvenir book of Manhattan, full of pictures and legends, with a short introduction in the inside cover.

It was published circa 1976 as it mentions the "new" Yankee stadium, which was renovated in 1974-75 and reopened in April 76.

The guide could have been published a bit earlier though, as the legends explaining the photos of the World Trade Center, which opened in 1973, mention that it will employ 50,000 people when it is fully rented. It also mentions the new Panam building (now MetLife, opened in 63), the new Hilton hotel (now Sheraton, opened in 63), the Americana hotel as being the newest hotel (opened in 62)... It is a bit hard to think that all these building would still be considered as new in the second half of the seventies.

So, for that reason... I estimate this guide was published around 1975.

In is in acceptable condition, with traces of use and age on the front cover and back (two traces that look like a pen scratching the cover, some scratches on the back cover) and some damaged corners. Please see photo of each corner.
